1. Full payment should be made at the time of booking with refundable deposit of Rs.2000/-
2. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the hall.
3. Eatables are not allowed inside the hall.
4. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are to be arranged in Garden area(in front of Alumni Association).
5. They should take away the garbage from the garden area & hall after the programme.
6. Stickers inside and outside the well are not allowed.
